The founder of Atlanta Highway Seafood Market was raised in Biloxi, Mississippi with parents who were working in the seafood industry. He grew up watching the shrimp boats leaving Biloxi Bay on their nightly shrimping runs.
The founder grew up enjoying great southern cooking with a Cajun and/or Creole flavor and had a desire to bring that taste and fresh seafood from the Gulf to the people of Gainesville, GA. Fresh seafood is re-stocked 4 times a week, and freshness is guaranteed.
New Orleans French bread is used for all Po-Boys.
